good brownies but taste bitter because of poor customer service.
booked 4.10-4.55pm slot and at 4.45pm dmed their ig bcs no sign of delivery, got informed just got a driver to deliver. so i patiently wait tho i’d to change my plan. again need to dm and ask whether the driver already on the way at 5.07 pm. u guys responded just pick up. and taklah share the rider detail which i thought is common for shop to share rider detail, i pun malas dah nak minta losing patient already. rider sampai and rider punya attitude sgtlah menyakitkan hati, over the fon i mentioned tingkat 10 and dia continued to drop at 21. i filled up based on your website and i do not know how u guys fill up/mention to the rider. “sy dh kt luar ni keluarlah” tu ayat yg menyakitkan hati from that rider when i cakap sy kt tingkat 10, and i called him 10 times and got rejected. few i assumed fon takde line and few clearly bunyi ring 2-3 times and terus voicemail.

I didn't receive the brownies supposed to be delivered yesterday the 17th of Sept to no 115b Jalan sri hartamas 2 , taman sri hartamas. I have ordered previously and also had been delivered. Could it because of heavy rain at that time yesterday. ?

I must say, I ordered today at 1.30pm, and the Nutella brownies was delivered at 3.45pm. Super super fast delivery, hats off to the team and the rider. Pity him as it was damn hot sun, the abang the delivered with a smile.

Now the brownies when a arrived, omg 😱 the smell of the baking was still fresh, soft and delicious 😋😋. Yummy, this is my first order. I did not regret it. Thank you sooooo mush Chefboss for your incredible service. I loved it and your delivery service on notch!! Super timing unlike others we have to keep follow up!
